He has extensive knowledge in setting up Subsidiaries of Foreign Companies and their Branches in India. Further, he has a sound working knowledge of Closure of Companies, LLPs, setting up of Indian Companies, etc. Along with Secretarial Services, he also practices in the areas of Foreign Investment, RBI Compliance, etc.

He is a teaching faculty at various institutions for Company Law, Secretarial Audit and Due Diligence
